A defensive lineman leads PFT’s Free Agent Hot 100 for 2015.
Lions defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh, a four-time Pro Bowler in the prime of his career, checks in at No. 1 on our list of the top prospective free agents.
Why is Suh tops on our list? For starters, he has a rare skill set. Few interior linemen can be as disruptive. Secondly, he’s missed no games because of his injury in five NFL seasons. Thirdly, he does not turn 30 until after the 2016 regular season.
One player not yet on our free agent list is Patriots cornerback Darrelle Revis, as New England has until March 9 to pick up his $20 million option for 2016. If the Pats decline the option, Revis will immediately become one of the top free agents in the class.
Would Revis rank ahead of Suh on our list? We’ll have to wait until next month to find out.
