On Monday night, Packers safety Nick Collins had an altercation with a fan at Soldier Field following Green Bay’s 20-17 loss to the Bears.
Though video shot by FOX 6 can’t be posted online by FOX 6 due to league rules, the video has been televised multiple times, and a viewer recorded the images from the viewer’s television and uploaded them via the Twitvid application.
The video shows Collins throwing his mouth guard at a fan. The comments between Collins and the fan cannot be heard.
The league has said that it is investigating the situation. Last week, Giants running back Brandon Jacobs received a $10,000 fine for accidentally throwing his helmet into the stands during a game against the Colts.
