Those of you in Who Dat? story withdrawal are in luck.

The Associated Press reports that the company that made a 1983 recording of the Saints’ famous cheer is suing the team, the state of Lousiania, and NFL Properties.

Who Dat? Inc. filed a suit Thursday in federal district court in Louisiana that the defendants “damaged its right to profit before the Saints’ Super Bowl championship last month.”

Originally, the NFL claimed some rights to the phrase and the Saints’ fleur-de-lis, but the state said that both are public domain.

This is a unique twist on a typical championship team problems. After a title, everyone gets greedy.
