Dan Girardi suffers lacerated hand, won’t return for Rangers
The New York Rangers announced that defenseman Dan Girardi won’t return to Monday’s game against the Boston Bruins because he suffered a lacerated hand.
That unfortunate moment took place during the second period.

Update: The Rangers gutted out a win in the third period, edging the Bruins 2-1.
