The first-ever Olympic team figure skating competition may have been decided yesterday, but today, the Russians, Canadians, and Americans officially received their medals.

Russia’s squad of skaters earned the first Sochi gold for the host nation by an even 10 points, 75-65, over Canada, while the U.S., led by ice dancers Meryl Davis and Charlie White, was able to rally for the bronze after a so-so first day.
