Self-described as one of the best defenders in the world, Dejan Lovren is setting his sights pretty high when it comes to Liverpool’s unbeaten start to the Premier League season.
“Hopefully we can be unbeaten until the end of the season,” said Lovren. “That is why we came to Liverpool. Arsenal did it before so why not?”
That’s a great question.

Liverpool has the depth to deal with the low and mid table teams, and has played most of the Top Six on the road. The Reds drew away to Chelsea and Arsenal, and won at Wembley Stadium against Spurs (They drew Man City at home and clobbered Manchester United at Anfield).
So it’s not crazy to think the Reds could do it, but Man City. Lovren spoke to that, too.
Then again, he has been charged with perjury before, and he wasn’t even under oath this time.
