VIDEO: Worst own goal ever from Minnesota United goalkeeper?

Minnesota United

This is unfortunate.

During Bournemouth’s 4-0 friendly win over Minnesota United on Wednesday goalkeeper Sammy Ndjock had a moment of madness.

It surely has to be one of the worst, if not the worst, own goals of all-time.

For some reason as he goes to throw the ball out, the ball gets stuck to his glove and he throws it behind him and into the empty net.

Cameroon international Ndjock, 26, tried to rescue the situation but only ended up in the back of the net with the ball.

It was a horrible moment for the goalkeeper who, along with Minnesota United, is due to arrive in Major League Soccer for either the 2017 or 2018 season.

See the video of the crazy own goal below as I’m sure we will be seeing this footage for many, many years to come.
