Interesting training methods from Bayern Munich manager Pep Guardiola include the drill in this video, entitled “Bucket” Ball, which appears to have three players keep the ball off the pitch before tapping it into a bucket.
You get to see all of Bayern’s big stars, Franck Ribery, Arjen Robben and Thomas Muller, having themselves a ball, and even though this drill may be taken less seriously than others, Bayern’s superb skill with their feet is certainly on display.
Unfortunately, they were preparing for their fixture against Hamburg on Sep. 20 at the time, and the match ended in a 0-0, their shakiest result of the Bundesliga season so far.
