A Louisville prosecutor dropped charges Wednesday against Scottie Scheffler who had been accused of disobeying and injuring a police officer ahead of his second round of the PGA Championship.
Scheffler was arrested and spent a couple hours Friday morning in a jail cell before making it to Valhalla in time to card a 5-under 66 at the PGA Championship.
