The centerpiece of the Tarik Skubal blockbuster with the Dodgers at the trade deadline, Hope blasted 29 round-trippers and also stole 26 bases in 564 plate appearances at the Double-A level this past season. The 21-year-old figures to ascend to Detroit’s outfield mix alongside Riley Greene and Max Clark at some point next season.
