Tyler Skaggs passed away on Monday.
The game between the Rangers and Angels on Monday has been postponed, and will be made up in August, with the exact specifics yet to be announced. A cause of death has not been made public at this time, and a report from the Southlake Police department says that he was found unresponsive and that foul play is not suspected. Skaggs was just 27-years-old. “Tyler has, and always will be, an important part of the Angels Family,” a statement from the Angels reads. “Our thoughts and prayers are with his entire family during this devastating time.”
