Tylor Megill got the win over the Mariners on Sunday despite allowing three runs on five hits in 5 1/3 innings.
Megill posted an impressive 38 percent whiff rate and 28 percent CSW on the day while racking up six strikeouts. Most of the damage was done on his slider, which had a 67 percent whiff rate, but Megill does have 14 strikeouts in his last 11 1/3 innings. In fact, over his last four starts, Megill has a 3.86 ERA and 24 strikeouts over 21 innings, which makes a viable deep league streamer next week against Minnesota.
