Antonacci makes his third consecutive start in left field after spending his big-league debut at second base earlier this week. The contact-oriented 23-year-old rookie has gone 1-for-10 with a pair of walks in three games since being called up. Amazingly, he hasn’t struck out during that span. He’ll likely face an adjustment period, like most top prospects, as he gets used to everyday life in the big leagues. However, his extensive minor league track record suggests he’s going to start hitting and be an impactful fantasy contributor in deeper mixed leagues this season.

Cortes hit a sacrifice fly off of Chris Bassitt in the second inning to open the scoring in the ballgame. He then singled in the seventh inning and swiped second base, but was cut down at the plate on a perfect throw from Leody Taveras with what would have been the tying run. He finished the afternoon 1-for-3 and is now hitting a blistering .355/.408/.570 with four homers, 15 RBI and one stolen base in 103 plate appearances on the season.

Severino struck out four batters on the day, though he also issued four free passes. The Orioles scratched out single runs against him in the third and sixth innings, though Severino was able to limit the damage each time despite a parade of baserunners. He got seven whiffs on 102 pitches on the day, posting a CSW of 26 percent. He’ll carry an uninspiring 4.07 ERA, 1.52 WHIP and a 47/29 K/BB ratio (48 2/3 innings) into a nice matchup against the Giants on Saturday.

It was part of a three-hit day for Adell, and the two long balls brought him up to six on the season. Amid the slower start, he’s remained in the Angels’ lineup every day. His bat speed remains one of the game’s best while his swing-and-miss profile breeds more volatility than desired.

Soriano’s ERA sits at 1.66 after the dominant performance. The right-hander allowed only one earned run across his first six starts of 2026. He then gave up a combined eight in his last two times out, so Sunday’s outing was a return to his early-season look. He gets a tough matchup at home against the Dodgers next time out.

Lauer struck out four and walked two in the outing, raising his ERA to 6.69 for the year. The lefty gave up three homers, one to Oswald Peraza and two to Jo Adell. He hasn’t pitched well enough this season to maintain a rotation spot when Toronto’s injured starters begin to get healthy, but he’ll face the Tigers in Detroit next time out.

Peraza’s homer was a two-run blast off Eric Lauer to give the team a 2-1 lead in the fifth. It’s been a strong start to the year for the former Yankee, as he entered Sunday with a wRC+ 22% better than league average. He hasn’t been a regular in the lineup lately, however, as Vaughn Grissom, Yoan Moncada, and Adam Frazier factor in for playing time at second and third base.

Sánchez remains in a strict corner outfield platoon but continues to hit in the top half of the order against most right-handers. The opportunity hasn’t translated into a skill jump yet, though he’s striking out less than usual. Projected schedules change often, but as of Sunday he’s expected to face five right-handers next week.

Barger made a terrific 101-mph throw from right to nail Jorge Soler at the plate in Saturday’s game, but it looks like he might pay a price for it. Yohendrick Piñango figures to be recalled to share time with Myles Straw if Barger returns to the IL.

The 22-year-old slugger opened the scoring in the top half of the first inning, crushing an 0-2 curveball from Payton Tolle for a 404-foot (105.2 mph EV) solo shot. That would be his only hit in the ballgame. For the season, Caminero is now slashing .252/.339/.497 with 11 long balls and 19 RBI.

Williamson delivered a run-scoring single off of Payton Tolle in the third inning that increased the Rays’ early advantage to 3-0. He then drew a walk to open the sixth inning and came around to score on a sacrifice bunt by Cedric Mullins. The 25-year-old infielder is now hitting .264/.345/.330 with zero homers, 13 RBI and three stolen bases across his first 120 plate appearances with the Rays.
