Corbin has not played since 2023, rushing once for one yard with the Giants. The Cowboys correspondingly waived RB Dominic Richardson.
  • TEN Tight End
Initially starting his college career as a linebacker at Oklahoma, Kanak (6’2/234) transitioned to tight end in 2025 and caught 44 passes for 533 yards. He has downhill speed with a track background, running a 4.52 40-yard dash at the combine. Though undersized for a tight end, Kanak displayed high-volume production for someone who just began playing the position. He played special teams extensively in college, a skill set that can help him stick on an NFL team. His blocking will need development at the next level, especially with his lack of size. Kanak profiles best as an H-back on offense who can provide coverage experience on special teams.
  • The Tampa product started in 12 games as a Junior and all 15 games as a senior receiving Honorable Mention All-Big Ten recognition as a key starter for the National Champion Wolverines. Coming off his most impressive season, Harrell (6’4/250) finished with 10.0 TFLs, 7.5 sacks, and two forced fumbles in 2023. He wins by setting up tackles in open space, and using his athletic tools to bend around them, inside them, or counter with his extremely polished spin move. He has the traits he needs to be an effective power rusher, but does not consistently load his legs and drive his hands through the tackle’s chest with the tenacity of an NFL caliber EDGE. He is a talented “peek and shed” player but does not play with the anchor or aggression to set an edge in the NFL. An impressive combine helps his profile with a 4.68s 40-time (90th%) and 37” vert (94th%), for an 8.46 combined relative athletic score. Adding play strength and some weight to his frame may scale back some of the explosive traits, but it would allow him to become a much better run defender.
  • TEN Running Back
Richardson (6'0/205) has not seen a lot of work outside of blowouts, with his 131 yards almost equaling his season total of 158 rushing yards heading into the contest. His two touchdowns actually doubled his season total, as the freshman tailback is making his case to be the starter next year after senior RB Jaylen Warren departs. He looked great against the TCU second team, averaging 10.3 yards per carry and breaking an explosive 28 yard touchdown run. It will be interesting to see how things shake out in the spring, but for now Richardson is just there to support Warren when OSU takes on Texas Tech next weekend.

  • TEN Running Back
With Chuba Hubbard announcing that he was going to sit out the rest of the season, Richardson (6'0/205) was called on to be the bellcow, and more than exceeded expectations. He scampered in from 17 yards out near the end of the second quarter, and then found paydirt from short yardage two times in the second half. A three-star recruit who had previously been committed to TCU, Richardson looked the part on Saturday, and with Hubbard likely off to the NFL, it seems very possible Richardson is a big part of the OSU offense in 2021. He likely gets one more game in an undetermined bowl contest later this month.

  • TEN Running Back
The Horned Frogs had a huge Monday as they received four commitments from potential starters. In Richardson, they are getting a “wrecking ball” who will likely fill out his frame in the TCU weight room. The three other 2020 commits are WR Caleb Medford, QB Eli Williams, and DE James Sylvester.
  • TEN Defensive End #92
Harrell (6'4/235) makes for UM’s first pledge since back in July. While it’s never comfortable for programs to go without fresh commits for multiple months, Michigan still has its metaphorical hands in a few metaphorical pots and a top-10 class (non-metaphorical) remains in play for HC Jim Harbaugh and staff. Tampa native Harrell slots onto the 247Sports composite board as the No. 303 overall prospect in the 2020 class.

ESPN’s Stephen Holder reports that “signs continue to point to” the Colts keeping QB Anthony Richardson on the roster in 2026.

Holder cites comments made by Colts assistant general manager Ed Dodds today. Dodds did not come right out and share the team’s plans, but when asked about Richardson’s status, he stressed the importance of having three quarterbacks on the roster. The Colts’ quarterback position group was so banged up last year that they brought Philip Rivers out of retirement. Recouping value for Richardson has its merits, but the Colts intend to compete this season. Keeping the quarterback room deep makes sense.

ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports that Cardinals RB Jeremiyah Love “is dealing with a high ankle sprain.”

We suspected this might be the case when Schefter’s colleague, Jeremy Fowler, reported earlier today that the team is “hopeful” Love can play in Week 1 against the Chargers. This evening, Schefter echoed that phrasing, saying the team is “hoping” he can return in time for the season opener. Love has just under a month to get healthy. He remains a high-upside pick, but RB Tyler Allgeier should be targeted as a bench stash. The Cardinals surprisingly gave Love 14 touches in Thursday’s preseason game. One imagines they might be more conservative with his early-season touch count, assuming he is able to play, but only coach Mike LaFleur knows for sure.

Texans WR Jaylin Noel (hamstring/finger) will be out for “a few weeks” after suffering “a little bit of a setback.”

NBC Houston’s Aaron Wilson noted earlier today that Noel was not participating in practice due to a finger injury, which he suffered in July, and a recent hamstring injury. It turns out Noel’s recent hamstring injury is actually a re-injury. This is unfortunate. Fellow second-year WR Jayden Higgins has the inside track to the WR2 role. Noel was set to compete with Xavier Hutchinson and WR Tank Dell for the WR3 gig. Instead, he is losing valuable preseason reps. Noel might be best viewed as an early-season waiver wire add.

ESPN’s Turron Davenport reports that Titans OC Brian Daboll’s intent to improve on third down was a “key reason” for signing WR Wan’Dale Robinson.

Davenport penned a lengthy piece detailing how OC Brian Daboll is focused on developing QB Cam Ward’s play on third down, in the red zone and in the two-minute drill. This is pretty straightforward. Those are all high-leverage situations, so harping on Ward’s performance there makes sense. Robinson played on all three drives in the Titans’ first preseason game while veteran Calvin Ridley was on the field for one. Rookie WR Carnell Tate was on the field for the first and third drives. It is tough to get a read on Robinson’s status in the starting wide receiver trio, but a featured role on third downs could help him return FLEX value if Tate and Ridley take the Nos. 1 and 2 roles, respectively.

NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport reports that Vikings LB Jamal Adams suffered a season-ending knee injury in Saturday’s preseason game against the Giants.

Adams, 30, has had some tough injury luck over the course of his career. This is very unfortunate. Adams was set to play on a one-year, $1.3 million contract this season. He totaled 38 tackles, seven quarterback pressures and one sack with the Raiders last year.

Free agent DE Marcus Davenport worked out for the Bears on Sunday.

Davenport, 29, totaled just seven quarterback pressures and one sack for the Lions last year. He is likely best suited to a rotational role at this point. The Chicago Tribune’s Brad Biggs notes that Davenport began his career with the Saints in 2018, playing for the Bears’ current defensive coordinator, Dennis Allen.

ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports that Bears RB Kyle Monangai (knee) is believed to be “fine” after undergoing initial testing.

According to Schefter, initial tests indicate Monangai’s knee is structurally sound. He is scheduled to undergo an MRI to confirm the results, but it sounds like Monangai avoided suffering a consequential injury. This is great news for the second-year back, who warrants standalone FLEX treatment if his knee checks out. Starting RB D’Andre Swift can easily shoulder a few extra touches if Monangai needs to be eased into action next month.

Raiders signed WR Noah Brown, formerly of the Commanders.

Brown, 30, dealt with knee, groin and rib injuries last season. He profiles as a rotational player at this point in his career, but the Raiders’ wide receiver depth chart is fairly thin. He is unlikely to be fantasy-relevant, though he can help out at the team level. The Raiders correspondingly released DT Benito Jones.

FOX Sports’ Ralph Vacchiano believes RB Rico Dowdle “should end up as the workhorse in the Steelers’ backfield” this year.

Recent reporting from ESPN suggests the Steelers will employ a run-heavy approach this season. Vacchiano agrees and adds that Steelers coach Mike McCarthy believes Dowdle could help the team produce a strong running game this season. That said, Vacchiano also said that Dowdle and RB Jaylen Warren could form “a potent tandem,” so Vacchiano may only be indicating that Dowdle will be the team’s primary rusher while Warren changes the pace and plays on passing downs. Both players sit in the fringe RB2/FLEX barrel right now.
