KC Concepcion caught 4-of-6 targets for 37 yards in the Browns’ Week 6 win over the Ravens, adding two carries for two additional yards.

Concepcion’s six targets led all Browns players, while his 37 receiving yards were good for second-most behind Jerry Jeudy. Concepcion’s biggest play of the game came on a 17-yard reception in the third quarter that helped set up the Browns’ first scoring drive of the afternoon. Concepcion had a red zone carry inside the Ravens’ 10-yard line that resulted in only a one-yard gain, but it’s always good to see his coaches trusting him in the valuable areas of the field. We are still waiting on his first breakout game, but the volume continues to be encouraging. Concepcion will be a fringe WR3/WR4 next week against the Titans.

Jack Campbell was carted off in Week 8 with an apparent neck injury.

Campbell’s neck bent awkwardly on a tackle in the fourth quarter. He immediately went limp, and after more than ten minutes, he was carted off with what appeared to be a neck injury. The standout linebacker could be looking at an extended absence. We will update his status as we get more information.

Chargers declared CB Donte Jackson, CB Rodney Shelley, DB Deane Leonard, G Kayode Awosika, WR Theo Wease, and WR Brenen Thompson inactive for Week 8 against the Rams.

Jackson, who was questionable headed into Sunday, will miss this game with a hamstring injury he suffered before the team’s Week 7 bye. The Bolts will also be without Derwin James, who was recently placed on injured reserve with a hamstring injury. The Chargers defense is beat up headed into this matchup with Matthew Stafford and the Rams.

Chiefs declared CB Mansoor Delane, QB Garrett Nussmeier, FB Ben VanSumeren, DE Jack Pyburn, OT Diego Pounds, and DE Tyreke Smith inactive for Week 8 against the Broncos.

Delane was initially listed as questionable for Week 8 on Friday. He was then ruled out over the weekend. Rookie EDGE R Mason Thomas was questionable for personal reasons but is active.

Jacoby Brissett completed 10-of-23 passes for 119 yards and an interception before being benched for Gardner Minshew in the third quarter.

He took four sacks, including back-to-back sacks to kill a third-quarter drive, before being replaced. Brissett hasn’t necessarily played this poorly all season, but we’d been getting plenty of questions at press conferences about if he’d remain the starter so we’re ultimately unsurprised by this move. Minshew took over and we assume Carson Beck will also be mentioned ahead of Week 9. Full Mike LaFleur press conference coverage to come, naturally.

JuJu Brents (neck/concussion) is active for Week 8 against the Patriots.

Brents clears the NFL’s concussion protocol in time to take the field against the Patriots this week. The Dolphins declared OL Kadyn Proctor, TE Justin Joly, CB Marcellas Dial Jr., CB Jaylin Simpson, OG Christian Haynes, WR Jared Wayne and EDGE Jamree Kromah inactive for Week 8 against the Patriots. Losing Proctor, their starting left guard, is unfortunate.

Rams declared TE Colby Parkinson, QB Ty Simpson, LS Joe Cardona, OT Keagan Trost, and DE Desjuan Johnson inactive for Week 8 against the Chargers.

Parkinson will miss at least one game with a rib injury he sustained last week against the Raiders. His absence could have a big impact on playing time for both Davis Allen — who had two touchdown grabs last week — and Tyler Higbee, the de facto TE1 in the LA offense. Both tight ends are better options against the Chargers with Parkinson sidelined.

Carlton Davis (neck) is active for Week 8 against the Dolphins.

The Patriots’ No. 2 perimeter cornerback makes his return from a multi-week neck injury for this divisional showdown. The Patriots declared CB Karon Prunty, S Elliott Davison, CB Channing Canada, QB Behren Morton, RB TreVeyon Henderson and WR A.J. Brown (knee/ankle) inactive for Week 8 against the Dolphins. Prunty and Canada have also missed multiple games, dealing with hamstring injuries. They are the Patriots’ primary backups on the perimeter. Both players practiced in full this week, so their absence is a little surprising.

Tyler Huntley (toe) will not return in Week 8 against the Bills.

Emergency QB3 Joe Fagnano will finish this one out after Huntley was ruled out during halftime. The Ravens’ QB2 completed 2-of-4 passes for zero yards in relief of Lamar Jackson, who exited after the first play of the game due to a thumb injury.

Jaylen Waddle (shoulder) is active for Week 8 against the Chiefs.

Left tackle Garrett Boles and EDGE Zach Allen are also active. All Broncos players who were questionable for Week 8 are active. After a disappointing two months to start the year, Waddle is at the back of the WR3 ranks for Week 8. Inactive for the Broncos are S Talana Hufanga, QB Sam Ehlinger, OL Gavin Ortega, DL Jordan Jackson, DL Tyler Oneydim, OL Kage Casey, and TE Dallen Bentley.

FOX’s Pam Oliver reports Zonovan Knight (head) left Arizona’s Week 8 game against the Cowboys and won’t return.

She got word from Mike LaFleur that Knight would be out. Knight wasn’t officially given an injury declaration as of yet, but it was a fairly textbook shoulder-to-the-head that caused a fumble towards the waning moments of the second half. Knight had 18 total yards on three carries and one catch before leaving. We would be surprised, given how brutal the hit he took looked, if he were available for Week 9. This leaves Tyler Allgeier as the lone healthy back for the second half of this game.
