  • PHI Tight End #88
Eagles declared RB Rashaad Penny, QB Tanner McKee, DT Moro Ojomo, OG Sua Opeta, TE Dallas Goedert, and DE Derek Barnett inactive for Week 11 against the Chiefs.
Goedert was already ruled out for the contest but the team continues to withhold placing him on injured reserve, meaning they expect him back within four weeks. The Eagles appear to otherwise be near full strength for a meeting of the two top teams in each conference.
  • LAC Wide Receiver #13
Keenan Allen (quad, questionable) said his injury is “not bad” and that he will be active against the Patriots.
“This is light, honestly,” Allen said. “Thigh contusion is like a solid nick. That’s considered not bad.” Allen also said his ongoing shoulder injury is not an issue. “I feel great. This late in the season, I couldn’t ask to be feeling any better.” Allen is an elite Week 13 option.
  • CLE Guard #77
Browns RG Wyatt Teller (calf) was removed from the Week 13 injury report and will play against the Rams.
Teller hasn’t missed a game or even a snap this year despite dealing with ankle and calf injuries. He sat out of Wednesday’s practice but was on the field for the following two sessions before being cleared. Expect a similar practice regimen for the veteran guard for at least the next few weeks.
  • CLE Running Back #27
Browns RB Kareem Hunt (groin) was removed from the Week 13 injury report and will play against the Rams.
Hunt missed Wednesday’s practice because of the groin issue but was back to a full session by Friday. His light workload was likely maintenance. Don’t be surprised to see the veteran’s reps limited in practice for the remainder of the year. Hunt’s workload has been scaled back in recent weeks, culminating in just seven carries in Week 12. As the backup on a run-first offense, Hunt ranks as an RB4 for Week 13.
  • LAR Wide Receiver #10
Cooper Kupp (ankle) was removed from the Week 13 injury report and will play against the Browns.
No surprises here as Kupp was able to practice in full three times this week. Kupp only got in one full session last week after missing Wednesday’s practice outright, so he appears to be trending in the right direction after the notable injury scare. Coming off a quiet game of three catches and 18 yards, a rebound looks likely for the star receiver, even if he is up against the Browns’ shutdown defense this week. Kupp will rank as a high-end WR2 for Week 13.
  • CLE Cornerback #21
Browns CB Denzel Ward (shoulder) will not play in Week 13 against the Rams.
As expected, safety Juan Thornhill was removed from the injury report. Ward has dealt with a number of injuries this year. The shoulder issue forced him to miss Week 12 and will cost him at least one more appearance. Even without Ward in the lineup, Cleveland’s defense remains a nightmare matchup for Matthew Stafford and the Rams.
  • CLE Defensive End #95
Myles Garrett (shoulder) was removed from the Week 13 injury report and will play against the Rams.
Garrett went down with the shoulder injury in Week 12. After the game, head coach Kevin Stefanski called him day-to-day. Garrett did not practice on Wednesday or Thursday but was back on the field for the final session of the week. Despite the injury scare, he is good to go for Week 13. With 13 sacks to his name this season, Garrett will attempt to close the gap on T.J. Watt, who has 13.5 sacks, with a few takedowns of Matthew Stafford.
  • CIN Wide Receiver #5
Tee Higgins (hamstring) was listed as a full participant on Friday.
Higgins was limited to start the week but upgraded to full on Friday. The veteran receiver has missed each of the Bengals’ last three games with a hamstring injury suffered in practice but is trending toward a return on Monday night against the Jaguars. While Higgins’ return is good for the Bengals, fantasy managers will need to consider whether or not he’s worth starting with Jake Browning under center. Browning and the Bengals managed just 222 total yards in last week’s loss to the Steelers and were 2-for-10 on third down. Higgins shouldn’t be counted on as anything more than a WR3.
  • NE Running Back #15
Ezekiel Elliott (thigh) is questionable for Week 13 against the Chargers.
Zeke got in three limited practices this week, putting him on the right side of questionable heading into the weekend. Still, his role has been on a downward trajectory in recent weeks and the Patriots’ offense is in freefall. Healthy or not, Zeke is not on the fantasy radar heading into Week 13.
  • NE Wide Receiver #81
Demario Douglas (concussion) will not play in Week 13 against the Chargers.
Douglas suffered the head injury in Week 12 and has been in the league’s concussion protocol ever since. He did not practice at all this week, putting his status for Week 14 in doubt as well. DeVante Parker will seemingly operate as the team’s top wideout this week, though he is at WR5 at best given the state of New England’s offense.
  • SF Defensive Tackle #91
49ers DT Arik Armstead (foot) is questionable for Week 13 against the Eagles.
Armstead did not practice on Wednesday or Thursday but was back on the field for a limited session to close the week. He appears to be a true game-time call for Week 13. Armstead has five sacks and four TFLs this season. Losing him for a crucial NFC matchup versus the Eagles would be a notable blow to San Francisco’s front-seven.
