Allen Iverson is not broke because a friend was smart.
At least that’s the most recent spin on Iverson’s financial situation, which at times has been reported as being extremely bleak.
But while promoting a Showtime documentary that carries his name and will debut this weekend, Iverson insisted that he’s not struggling -- neither financially, nor in any other aspects of his life.
“That’s a myth. That’s a rumor,” Iverson said, when asked whether he was struggling financially.
“Which part,” Charlie Rose countered.
“The fact that I’m struggling in any part of my life,” Iverson said.
