Gregg Popovich isn’t afraid to speak his mind, that’s for sure. The San Antonio Spurs coach has strong opinions and the fortitude to back them up.
That was evident on Monday night after Popovich gave a speech to reporters outside the locker room about his team’s performance.
In it, Popovich called San Antonio’s performance “pathetic” in both how they played and in heart.
After his denunciation, Popovich exited into the locker room but reappeared after a few seconds to give one last comment to the media:
Coach Pop with the best rant of the year after beating the worst team in the NBA.

Keep in mind that the Spurs beat the Mavericks, 96-91.
Pop didn’t think San Antonio should have won, apparently.
