Sure, the Oklahoma City Thunder are almost all the way back into the playoff picture in the West, but they can’t afford another injury if they have dreams of being anything but an eight seed.

So that video above is scary.

Kevin Durant drove the lane Thursday night against the Warriors and just rolled his ankle. It’s pretty nasty and he left the game not to return, however X-rays were negative and the team described the sprain as “mild,” reports Royce Young of ESPN. There is currently no estimate on how many games he might miss.

What sucks about this was Durant was having a legendary game — he had 30 first-half points on 10-of-13 shooting. We as fans were robbed of seeing what he might have done.
