The NBA Summer League in Las Vegas (and Orlando) is not about dunks. It’s about seeing how a guy can really play against better competition, it’s about player development, it’s about guys getting jobs at the end of an NBA bench or in Europe somewhere. It’s a showcase.
But there are some good dunks. And it’s fitting that Ben McLemore and Kent Bazemore (who could have been Summer League MVP) got the top two slots.
