This was to be expected after Buchanan’s knee buckled under him while covering a punt early in Sunday’s win. The rookie linebacker is scheduled to undergo more tests on Monday to confirm things, but it sounds like Buchanan is trending toward missing the remainder of the season. Buchanan is second on the team with 93 tackles this season and has also registered five TFLs to go with one forced fumble and one pass breakup. His absence would be a big loss for the Ravens who are fighting to stay in the playoff hunt.
  • BAL Tight End #89
The Ravens’ attempted only 12 passes on the day, with three of those going in Andrews’ direction. Andrews’ biggest gain came on a 14-yard pickup inside of the two minute warning in the first half, and helped set the offense up for a 28-yard touchdown pass to Zay Flowers. Andrews has caught four or fewer passes in his last 10 games and won’t be anything more than a TE2 in Week 16 against the Patriots.
  • BAL Tight End #80
In a game that featured only 12 passes by the Ravens, Likely found himself starved of targets. It’s a brutal break for fantasy managers who were counting on Likely in a plus matchup after seeing six targets in back-to-back weeks. Likely narrowly out-snapped Mark Andrews and ran one more route than the veteran tight end. He shouldn’t be viewed as anything more than a TE2 in Week 16 against the Patriots.
  • BAL Running Back #34
Mitchell continues to look like the most explosive back in the Ravens’ backfield. He handled three-straight carries on the Ravens’ third possession, picking up gains of eight, four, and 15 yards before an interception by Lamar Jackson ended things. Mitchell nearly broke free for a long score on the final drive of the game, but was knocked out of bounds to hold his gain to 22 yards. Despite his big-play ability, Mitchell’s touches remain limited. He’ll be little more than a desperation FLEX play in Week 16 against the Patriots.
  • BAL Wide Receiver #4
Nearly all of Flowers’ production came late in the first half during a two-minute warning drill. Flowers kicked things off with an impressive 26-yard reception to start the drive, and found himself on the receiving end of a deep ball from Lamar Jackson for a 28-yard touchdown four plays later. Flowers nearly found a second touchdown of the day on the Ravens’ first possession of the third quarter, but was unable to haul in a leaping catch. Flowers did about as much as fantasy managers could have hoped for in a game were Jackson threw only 12 passes. Flowers will be on the WR2 radar in Week 16 against the Patriots.
  • BAL Running Back #22
Henry’s day was buoyed by back-to-back runs of 29 and 24 yards in the third quarter. The Ravens’ RB1 failed to find the end zone for his fantasy managers for the second straight week, and will look to turn around his fortunes in Week 16 against the Patriots. Despite the low-volume day, Henry will remain in the RB1 mix next week.
  • BAL Quarterback #8
Jackson only let it fly 12 times in this one, but the results were mostly good. Granted, his first touchdown on the afternoon came on a 30-yard screen play to Rasheen Ali, but Jackson strung together an impressive drive late in the second quarter to give the Ravens another score and a 14-0 lead at halftime. On that drive, Jackson completed a 26-yard pass to Zay Flowers down the right sideline, and immediately followed it up with a 12-yard scramble. A few plays later, he would place another perfectly thrown ball in the end zone to Flowers for a 28-yard score. Jackson and Flowers had a chance to add to their touchdown total in the third quarter, but Flowers was unable to haul in a leaping grab in the end zone. Jackson will need to clean up the untimely sacks he took in this one heading into Week 16’s game against the Patriots, which takes place on Sunday Night Football on NBC.
  • BAL Linebacker #40
Buchanan was running down field with the punt coverage team when he went down on a non-contact play. The rookie linebacker was grabbing at his right knee before heading to the sideline and was later carted to the locker room. A rookie fourth-round pick, Buchanan has started 12 of the 13 games he’s appeared in this season, totaling 91 tackles, a half sack, and a forced fumble.
  • BAL Wide Receiver #7
Bateman was questionable entering the weekend but has been officially sidelined for Sunday’s game. DeAndre Hopkins will likely serve as his replacement on Sunday against the Bengals, but Hopkins is an easy fade for fantasy managers give then he hasn’t caught more than two passes in any game this season. In addition to Bateman, the Ravens also declared CB Keyon Martin, OT Joseph Noteboom, DT Aeneas Peebles, and QB Cooper Rush inactive for Week 15.
  • BAL Running Back #34
He’ll be wheels-up as a potential RB3/FLEX option against a sad sack Bengals defense. Mitchell had full practices in each of the last two days of the week. It appears his Week 14 injury was just a scare at this time.
