The Browns formally announced the signing of defensive end Charles Wiley noting a corresponding move.
Cleveland has waived receiver Ra’Shaun Henry.
Henry spent time with both Carolina and Atlanta last season after going undrafted out of Virginia. He did not appear in a regular season game.
In last week’s Hall of Fame Game, Henry was on the field for two offensive snaps and five special teams snaps.
