Congratulations, you’re a starting quarterback in the NFL.

Here’s the bad news, you’re starting for the 0-11 Browns behind perhaps the worst offensive line in the NFL.

Via Mary Kay Cabot of the Cleveland Plain Dealer, Browns coach Hue Jackson announced this afternoon that Josh McCown would be back under center this week against the Giants, after Cody Kessler suffered another concussion yesterday.

Opening week starter Robert Griffin III is expected to return to practice this week, but it’s hard to imagine he’s going to be ready to help before the bye week which follows the Giants game.

McCown has started two games this year, and is one of the five quarterbacks to have thrown a pass this season (along with wide receiver Terrelle Pryor).
