When I agreed to transform PFT Live the 30-to-60 minute Internet show into PFT Live on NBC Sports Radio the three-hour-day-in-and-day-out-grind-that-Dan-Patrick-didn’t-warn-me-about, I was worried that there may not be enough to talk about for three hours every Monday through Friday.
And then came #DeflateGate.
With great help from producers Rob “Stats” Guerrera and Kristen Coleman, the show has been trying to stay not just current with the deflated-ball controversy that’s hovering over the Super Bowl but to get ahead of the curve. Tuning in will give you everything you need to know, and it will give you plenty of fodder for crafting your own opinions on the topic.
On Thursday, the analysis and discussion continues. You can join the discussion by calling 855-323-4NBC between 12:00 p.m. ET and 3:00 p.m. ET. Or you can send in a question via the O’Reilly Auto Parts “Ask the Pros” email inbox.
You can listen by clicking the show logo in the upper right corner of this page, or the NBC Sports Radio logo in the right rail. The first hour is simulcast, via the lower box in the right rail.
Scheduled guests include new Jets coach Todd Bowles, former Patriots safety Rodney Harrison, and Super Bowl-winning coach Brian Billick. Wednesday’s show featured a visit from Super Bowl-winning quarterback Brad Johnson, who set the record straight regarding the contention that he bribed ball boys to prepare balls for Tampa Bay’s title game against the Raiders.
We won’t bribe you to listen to it; we’ll just ask nicely.
