Roberto Aguayo’s every miss has been chronicled in detail this season, which is what you get when a team trades up to take a kicker in the second round.

So it’s only fair to celebrate his good games, as well.

Aguayo was named NFC special teams player of the week, after hitting all four field goals and an extra point as the Buccaneers upset the Chiefs.

It also marks a turnaround for him. Since Week Seven, he’s 9-of-10 on field goals and 12-of-13 on extra points.

Prior to that, he was 4-of-8 on field goals, and 8-of-9 on extra points, making plenty of people wonder whether the Bucs had made a gigantic mistake in drafting him 59th overall.
