Jose Mourinho was back at the microphone on Monday ahead of Chelsea’s UEFA Champions League clash with Dynamo Kyiv.

And he was answering questions about rumors that striker Radamel Falcao would be cutting his season-long loan deal short by half a season.

The Chelsea manager said that’s news to him, and that the reason Falcao wasn’t playing regularly is that he only plays one striker and Diego Costa is in fine form.

“I speak with Falcao every day,” Mourinho said. “It’s quite strange the press know something I don’t know and my club doesn’t know.”

The Blues are 1-1 in Group G, having beaten Maccabi Tel-Aviv but losing to Porto.

Pedro and Loic Remy did not travel to Ukraine with minor injuries, according to Mourinho.
