The draw does guarantee a Premier League clu in the semifinals after a year away. Man City fell to Real Madrid 1-0 in 2015-16.
Here’s Man City director Txiki Begiristain:“It’s a very difficult one. We like to travel and to go to another country in the Champions League but it is what it is.
“We know each other very well, they are a very offensive team, the truth is it is going to be a great couple of games and we are going to see good football.”
Elsewhere, Juventus earned a chance for revenge when it drew Real Madrid, Barcelona will tangle with AS Roma, and Sevilla meets Bayern Munich.
