Germany’s roster for an upcoming friendly against the United States and a Euro qualifier against Gibraltar will be missing some big names.
Manuel Neuer, Thomas Muller and Toni Kroos will get a break from international duty this go-round, as the friendly against Jurgen Klinsmann’s States isn’t a pivotal match and Die Mannschaft date with Gibraltar will be little more than a cakewalk.

World Cup hero Mario Gotze is in the fold along with Sami Khedira, Mesut Ozil, Andre Schurrle and Bastian Schweinsteiger. The keepers will be Borussia Dortmund’s Roman Weidenfeller and Hannover’s Ron-Robert Zieler.
According to the Associated Press, Benedikt Howedes is out via injury, while Julian Draxler and Marco Reus are “on call”.
The USMNT faces Germany on June 10 in Cologne after a June 5 date at Amsterdam Arena against the Netherlands.
