Gonzalo Higuain scored his 25th goal of the season on Monday, but that was not enough as Napoli was held to a 1-1 draw by Fiorentina.
All the action took place early, as the scoreline read 1-1 within the opening ten minutes.

Marcos Alonso headed Fiorentina into the lead in the sixth minute before Higuain immediately answered for Napoli just a minute later.
Higuain has scored 25 goals in Serie A this season, 12 more than his nearest competitor, Juventus’ Paulo Dybala.
With Napoli’s draw, Juventus now sit three points clear at the top of the table. The four-time defending Serie A champions are unbeaten in 17 league matches, a run that started way back in October.
