BBC is reporting the Swans have agreed to terms with Dutch defender Mike van der Hoorn. The Ajax centerback spent the last three seasons at the historic club on loan, after coming up through Utrecht’s set up over prior years.
Additionally, the 23-year-old has represented the Dutch at the U-20 and U-21 international levels.
Van der Hoorn is reportedly set to travel to Wales next week in order to finalize the terms with Swansea.
