Leicester City is gearing up for the biggest party in their 132-year history and fans wanting to be a part of it will have to pay big bucks.

The most expensive single ticket for a Leicester game is usually $68.

Leicester face Everton on May 7 and they could be crowned champions on or before that day.

It is likely that they will be handed the Premier League trophy at the end of that game -- they need three wins from their remaining five matches to absolutely guarantee the title -- so every Foxes fans is desperate to see their team potentially complete one of the greatest achievements in sporting history.

Claudio Ranieri’s side is currently seven points ahead of second-placed Tottenham Hotspur with five games to go.

Tickets went on general sale for the game on Monday and sold out within 90 minutes. The local newspaper, the Leicester Mercury, have a statement from the club warning fans about ticket scalpers.

“The unauthorized sale of football tickets is a criminal offence under UK law. Leicester City Football Club will take action against any ticket touting or any attempt to resell tickets for above their face value. We encourage all supporters to report any such activity to the Club.”

Single seats were initially listed online for around $5,000 a piece but getting a pair of seats together will cost you big.

Being in Leicester a few weekends ago to see them beat Southampton 1-0 and take a huge step towards winning the title, there were already vultures circling looking to make some money from the Foxes success.
