Indians acquired RHP Josh Wolf, INF Andres Gimenez, INF Amed Rosario, and OF Hunter Greene from the Mets for SS Francisco Lindor and RHP Carlos Carrasco
A second-round pick (53rd overall) in the 2019 MLB Draft out of St. Thomas High School in Houston, Texas, Wolf has logged only eight career professional innings at this point. But the 20-year-old right-hander possesses a fairly well-developed four-pitched arsenal, including a fastball that has been clocked in the high-90s. He should continue to work as a starter in the Indians’ minor league system and could move up rather quickly. This is the type of profile that Cleveland has developed exceptionally well in the past.
