Diamondbacks reassigned 1B Matt Davidson, C Juan Graterol and OF Braden Bishop to minor league camp.
No real surprises among this batch of cuts from Diamondbacks’ camp as the trio will head to Triple-A Reno to serve as organizational depth. Bishop is the most prominent inclusion, while Davidson, who had a three-homer effort on Opening Day with the White Sox back in 2018, might be the most memorable name here for fantasy managers.

Kodai Senga (back) will begin a rehab assignment Friday with Low-A St. Lucie.
Senga has been out of action since near the end of April with lumbar spine inflammation. The 33-year-old will likely need multiple rehab outings before he’s ready to rejoin the New York rotation. It is worth noting that Senga was awful prior to his injury with a 9.00 ERA and 1.95 WHIP over his first five starts of 2026, but he’s shown the ability to be a solid — at times better — fantasy option.
Steer primed for strong summer in Reds' lineup
Spencer Steer has been on a tear throughout the month of May. James Schiano unpacks why the multi-position eligible Steer is primed to occupy a great spot in the Reds' lineup all summer long.
  • DET Shortstop #14
Paul DeJong was placed on the full-season injured list with a leg injury.
DeJong was just signed two weeks ago, but has been unable to play for Triple-A Toledo since May 12. The 32-year-old will need to get healthy — and perform exceptionally well — to have any chance to help the Tigers in 2026.
  • ATH 2nd Baseman #16
A’s re-signed INF Michael Stefanic to a minor league contract.
Stefanic was designated for assignment and sent outright to Triple-A, and after testing free agency, he’ll return to the A’s organization on a minor league pact. He’ll need to be added to the 40-man roster if the club wants to promote him to the majors again.
  • MIA 3rd Baseman #21
Marlins recalled INF Graham Pauley from Triple-A Jacksonville.
Pauley gets the call to replace Leo Jiménez (head) after Jiménez was placed on the 7-day IL. Pauley has struggled in his previous action with a .173/.225/.293 slash in 81 plate appearances, but he’ll get another shot to help the Miami bench with Jiménez unavailable.
  • MIA 3rd Baseman #19
Marlins placed INF Leo Jiménez on the 7-day injured list with concussion symptoms.
Jiménez will need to miss at least a week with his head injury. The 25-year-old will be replaced on the active roster by Graham Pauley, with Pauley getting a promotion from Triple-A Jacksonville in the corresponding transaction.
  • MIA Starting Pitcher #93
Marlins transferred LHP Robby Snelling from the 15-day injured list to the 60-day injured list.
The move opens up a spot on the 40-man roster for Rece Hinds, with Hinds being acquired in a corresponding move earlier Thursday. The 22-year-old will be out at least through the All-Star break with his UCL sprain, and there’s a chance he may not be able to pitch again in 2026.
  • HOU Relief Pitcher #58
Astros sent RHP Cody Bolton outright to Triple-A Sugar Land.
Bolton cleared waivers after being designated for assignment by the Astros on Monday. He could elect free agency, but is just as likely — if not more so — to remain in Triple-A with Houston.
  • HOU Relief Pitcher #70
Astros optioned RHP Jayden Murray to Triple-A Sugar Land.
Murray is getting the boot from the active roster and will be replaced by Alimber Santa on Friday. Murray will likely be up-and-down for the remainder of 2026.
  • CIN Starting Pitcher
Reds acquired RHP Zach McCambley from the Marlins in exchange for OF Rece Hinds.
McCambley has pitched well in Triple-A Jacksonville with a 2.36 ERA over 26 2/3 innings, but it’s worth noting he’s walked 17 batters in that timeframe against 32 strikeouts. The 27-year-old has a good chance of getting an opportunity with the Cincinnati staff in 2026.
  • MIA Right Fielder #57
Marlins acquired OF Rece Hinds from the Reds in exchange for RHP Zach McCambley and optioned Hinds to Triple-A Jacksonville.
Hinds was designated for assignment by the Marlins on Sunday, and he’ll get a chance to revitalize his career in Miami. The 25-year-old has been awful in 2026 with an 18/1 K/BB and a .121/.161/.212 slash, but he has shown flashes of brilliance in previous seasons. Still, it’s hard to have much faith in him as a fantasy option if/when he gets a call.
