Ravens WR Zay Flowers (hamstring) was limited on Wednesday.

For the record, Flowers told reporters that he is feeling “great” earlier today, but opted not to disclose his injury details. Now we know he is dealing with a soft tissue issue. Flowers is on track to play, but as is always the case with hamstrings, his practice participation is worth tracking. Ideally, he is practicing fully by Friday and can be treated as a WR2 on game day.

Jackson had already been ruled out earlier in the week and reportedly could be looking at a multi-game absence due to an ankle injury suffered before halftime in Week 4. Tyler Huntley will start under center for the Ravens as they look to subdue the momentum of the Falcons, who have won both games started by Michael Penix. Wide receiver Zay Flowers is officially active for Sunday Night Football.
  • BAL Wide Receiver #4
Flowers was limited in practice throughout the week but never appeared at risk of missing Sunday night’s game. The bigger issue for him will be the absence of Lamar Jackson. Flowers has been the most efficient receiver in the league on a per-route basis this year. That will come back to Earth sans Jackson, but he remains on the WR1/2 border, even with Tyler Huntley under center.
  • BAL Wide Receiver #4
Flowers got in three limited sessions while dealing with the foot injury. He loses ceiling with Tyler Huntley under center, but remains a rock solid low-end WR1 in terms of how much volume he amasses in this passing attack.
  • BAL Wide Receiver #4
Flowers appears well on track to play this week after two limited sessions on Wednesday and Thursday. His ceiling will probably take a small hit with Lamar Jackson out, but he remains the only game in town in Baltimore and should still have WR1 viability.
  • BAL Wide Receiver #4
Flowers was not present during the portion of practice open to the media earlier today, though it was assumed that this was a maintenance issue relating to his multi-week hamstring strain. It turns out Flowers is dealing with a new injury. It is unclear when the injury occurred. If it was an in-game issue last week, then beginning Week 5 with a limited practice is a great sign for his availability. Stay tuned.

Initially, it looked like Flowers might not practice today. He was not present during the portion of practice open to the media, but apparently joined his teammates later on. He will likely be catching passes from backup QB Tyler Huntley against the Falcons this weekend, but he remains WR2-viable at worst.

The sprain Jackson sustained in Week 4 against the Titans, according to Rapoport, is neither low nor high. Rapoport said Monday that Jackson has an “outside” shot at suiting up in Week 5 against the Falcons and could miss multiple games with the unique ankle situation. Tyler Huntley will once again sub in for Jackson until he’s ready to return. Baltimore will likely be far more run heavy with Huntley under center, limiting targets for Zay Flowers and the rest of the Ravens pass catchers.
  • BAL Wide Receiver #4
It was yet another big game for Flowers, who has now totaled 352 yards and two touchdowns on 18 receptions this season. Flowers got behind the Titans’ secondary in the second quarter to score on a 19-yard touchdown pass from Lamar Jackson, and he hauled in a 52-yard pass down the right sideline on the next drive to help set up a three-yard touchdown pass to Mark Andrews. Flowers has been dominant, to say the least, and is among the most heavily targeted receivers in the league on a per-route basis. He will be firmly on the WR1 radar next week when the Ravens take on the Falcons.
  • BAL Wide Receiver #4
Flowers is officially active and can be treated as a fringe WR1 for fantasy purposes this week against the Titans. Flowers totaled five catches for 84 yards on six targets in limited action last week, and should see a few more routes than the 14 he ran last week. In addition to Flowers, the Ravens will also have left tackle Ronnie Stanley back after he missed last week’s game with a toe injury. The Ravens declared QB Joe Fagnano, WR Chris Moore, EDGE Trey Hendrickson, and DL Aeneas Peeblas inactive for Week 4.

Fowler added that Flowers is not expected to be on a “hard pitch count.” The Ravens will presumably keep tabs on his injured hamstring, but as long as he feels good, Flowers will get his normal allotment of snaps. Despite exiting Week 1 early and being on a snap count last week, Flowers is averaging six catches for 117 yards across two appearances this year. He will make the WR1 cut next week if he puts up similar numbers today.

Justin Herbert completed 14-of-24 passes for 121 yards with a touchdown and interceptions while rushing for 54 yards and losing a fumble in the Chargers’ 23-17, Week 5 loss to the Broncos.

Herbert was without his top wideouts, his top offensive lineman, and the fact he was able to put up even this type of statline is somewhat impressive, if you squint very hard. The 28-year-old quarterback was constantly under pressure, and was at his best when he was able to escape the pocket and use his underrated wheels. That being said, he could have had more turnovers than this, and his interception was an inexcusable throw right into the hands of the Broncos’ defender. Even if Herbert gets his weapons back, fantasy managers should be looking elsewhere in Week 6 in standard leagues fora touch matchup against the Chiefs.

Bo Nix completed 16-of-127 passes for 123 yards with a touchdown in the Broncos’ 23-17, Week 5 win over the Chargers.

Nix also added 10 yards on the ground on his four carries. He once again wasn’t able to get the ball downfield, with a long passing gain of 34 yards on a busted coverage. He was at least able to find Courtland Sutton for a short touchdown, but this was an ugly day for both signal-callers. Nix is no more than a QB2 for a matchup against the tough Seattle defense in Week 6, and it’s worth noting that game takes place Thursday night.

Kaleb Johnson rushed seven times for 26 yards in the Packers’ Week 5 win over the Bears.

Even with Chris Brooks (ankle) on injured reserve, Johnson remain mired in a three-man committee, as veteran journeyman Pierre Strong slid seamlessly into Brooks’ vacated “role.” Johnson could also only watch as MarShawn Lloyd seemed to have the advantage in short-yardage situations, notching the first two rushing touchdowns of his star-crossed career. Yet to handle more than eight carries in a game, it just isn’t happening for Johnson in 12-team league fantasy. He’s a poor FLEX option ahead of Week 6 against the Cowboys.

Kalif Raymond caught 3-of-4 targets for six yards in the Bears’ Week 5 loss to the Packers.

Raymond’s fast start to the season has now been erased to the tune of just five catches for 12 yards over the past two weeks. Even with Caleb Williams (hamstring) looking likely to return for Week 6 against the Falcons, Raymond’s brief moment in the 2026 fantasy sun has come and gone.

Roschon Johnson rushed five times for six yards in the Bears’ Week 5 loss to the Packers, adding five receptions for 34 yards.

Filling in for Kyle Monangai (toe), Johnson helped close out a blowout loss. Pro Football Focus charted him as playing the final 13 snaps over D’Andre Swift, goosing his touch totals with No. 3 QB Case Keenum under center. Johnson would perhaps be worth a desperation PPR flier if Monangai remains sidelined for Week 6 against the Falcons and Caleb Williams (hamstring) returns, but “desperation” would be the operative word there.

Mason Taylor caught 3-of-3 targets for 24 yards in the Jets’ Week 5 win over the Browns.

Active for the first time since Week 2, Taylor caught the second most balls on the team as Kenyon Sadiq departed with a third quarter concussion. Those are awful developments for Sadiq managers, but almost certainly not enough to create TE2 value for Taylor, even if Sadiq misses Week 6 against the Patriots.

Isaiah Davis rushed two times for eight yards in the Jets’ Week 5 win over the Browns, adding a nine-yard reception.

Davis at least touched the ball after his Week 4 doughnut, but Pro Football Focus charted him as getting out-snapped 60-10 by fill-in No. 2 Braelon Allen. Decisive, to say the least. Even if Breece Hall (quad) is forced to miss his third straight game in Week 6, Davis hasn’t shown enough to warrant a 12-team league looksee.
