The Knicks have signed G Jalen Harris.
This is likely just a training camp deal and we’d expect Harris to wind up with New York’s G League affiliate.

According to Eric Koreen of The Athletic, the Raptors are targeting Jalen Harris for the team’s G League affiliate.
The NBA reinstated Harris after he served a one-year suspension for violating the league’s substance abuse policy, with the Raptors tendering a two-way qualifying offer shortly thereafter. According to Koreen, if Toronto is to have Harris on the Raptors 905 roster, they would have to either sign him to an Exhibit 10 contract or allow him to enter the G League draft. Regardless of what happens, there’s no need to target Harris in fantasy drafts.

The Raptors have tendered a two-way qualifying offer on Jalen Harris, making him a restricted free agent.
After being suspended for over a year after testing positive for a prohibited substance, Harris has a chance to return to the league. However, Toronto will have the opportunity to match any offer that’s made. It’s unlikely that any team offers him a deal that is too rich for the Raptors, so expect him to be with the team next season, likely spending most of his days in the G-League.

Jalen Harris was granted an application to be reinstated by the NBA on Tuesday.
Harris was dismissed and disqualified from the NBA after testing positive for a prohibited substance on July 1, 2021. Harris was drafted 59th overall by the Raptors in 2020. He had a few solid performances towards the end of 2021 before being banned that summer. We’ll see if he’s able to pick up where he left off if a team gives him the chance.

Quinn Cook has agreed to a contract with the Stockton Kings of the NBA G League.
Cook began this season in Blazers training camp but was ultimately one of the team’s final cuts. The former Golden State Warrior spent time in Russia before returning stateside and eventually agreeing to a deal with Stockton.

Former Raptors guard Jalen Harris has signed a one-year contract to join Italian squad, Vanoli Cremona according to EuroHoops.
Harris was dismissed and disqualified from the NBA in July due to a violation of the league’s anti-drug program, and it looks like his next stop will be in Europe this season. Harris can apply for reinstatement in one year, so an NBA return is not out of the question, though it certainly will be an uphill battle.

Jalen Harris has reportedly been dismissed and disqualified from the NBA for violating the league’s anti-drug program.
Harris will be able to apply for reinstatement in one year, but the second-to-last pick of the 2020 Draft could have a tough time finding his way back into the league with this now on his resume. He appeared in just 13 games for the Raptors his rookie season, but he did have a nice performance in his final game of the year, scoring 31 points with five 3s while Toronto rested every relevant player on the roster.

Jalen Harris (foot) will not play vs. the Pacers on Sunday.
It’s a meaningless game for the Raptors, so Harris will take the cautious route and sit this one out. The injury has reportedly been nagging him for a while, though it didn’t prevent him from scoring a career-high 31 points vs. the Mavs on Friday. He’s fared well with extended minutes for the listless Raptors, but may still need a strong preseason to crack the rotation in 2021-22.

Jalen Harris scored a career-high 31 points in a 114-110 loss to Dallas on Friday, adding four assists, two rebounds, one steal and five triples.
Sure, the Raptors have been without all their regulars, but Jalen’s play has been hard not to notice. In his previous three games, he put up 14.3 points, 3.3 rebounds, 2.7 dimes, 1.3 steals and 2.0 triples on 48% shooting. “I mean he’s a scoring guard, he’s got a little bit of handle, and combo in him,” coach Nick Nurse said Thursday. “We need him defensively. Use that athleticism because he’s got a bunch, he’s fast and he can move side to side and quick and can jump, all those things.” The 2020 second round pick has a shot at cracking the rotation next season.

Khem Birch hit 5-of-7 shots and 3-of-3 free throws for 13 points, four rebounds, three assists and a block in 31 minutes and another start for the Raptors on Tuesday.
Birch was the second-leading scorer for a very short-handed Raptors team that is no longer fighting for the postseason. Chris Boucher led the way with 16 points, Malachi Flynn scored 111 with a fun stat line, and Freddie Gillespie, DeAndre Bembry and Jalen Harris all scored 10 off the bench. The Raptors simply didn’t have enough offense on the court to make it a game.
