Royals outfielder Lorenzo Cain came up limping after beating out an infield single in the Royals’ four-run third inning in Game 4 of the World Series on Saturday night. It was a scary moment, as Cain has arguably been the most important player for the Royals not just in the World Series, but in the post-season overall. Cain, however, stayed in the game.

Jeff Passan of Yahoo Sports is reporting that Cain has been dealing with leg issues for the last two to three weeks. Cain said that he felt his leg get better as Game 4 went on. He said, “I’m feeling better. I’ll definitely be able to go” for Game 5.

Along with a handful of highlight reel catches, Cain is batting .267/.353/.333 in 17 trips to the plate in the World Series thus far. In 55 post-season plate appearances overall, he’s hitting .327/.370/.408.
