The Ravens are favorites to win the AFC North, despite their 3-5 record. But they already trail the Vikings.

Baltimore went three-and-out on its first possession.

The Vikings then drove 86 yards in seven plays. The big play came on a deep pass J.J. McCarthy threw to Jalen Nailor for 62 yards to the Baltimore 4 before Alohi Gilman brought him down.

It set up Aaron Jones’ 4-yard touchdown run.

The Ravens lead 7-0.

McCarthy went 3-for-4 for 76 yards on the drive, and Jones had three carries for 10 yards.

The Bills are going to be thin at cornerback for Sunday’s game against the Dolphins.

Christian Benford and Taron Johnson are both inactive for the divisional matchup. Benford was listed as questionable with a groin injury while Johnson had the same designation due to a groin injury.

Wide receiver Joshua Palmer is also out with knee and ankle injuries, but defensive lineman DaQuan Jones will play after joining the other three players in the questionable category.

Ravens running back Derrick Henry has already had a Hall of Fame-worthy career. And yet he still hasn’t matched what he did in four years of high-school football.

Via NBC Sports research, Henry needs 72 rushing yards against the Vikings to match his high-school career rushing total of 12,124 yards. At Yulee High School in Florida, Henry averaged 252.8 yards per game in four seasons.

Henry in his 10th NFL season. He’s currently 17th on the all-time list. When he gets to 12,124, he will have passed Hall of Famers Thurman Thomas and Franco Harris for 15th place.

And Henry could finish the 2025 season in the top 10. Hall of Famer Tony Dorsett, who is tenth on the all-time list, is only 687 yards away.

The Vikings’ weekly pregame roster moves for Week 10 include the placement of cornerback Jeff Okudah on injured reserve.

Okudah suffered a concussion during the Week 8 loss to the Chargers. He missed last Sunday’s win over the Lions.

By landing on IR, Okudah will miss at least the next four games.

The third overall pick in the 2020 draft by the Lions, the 26-year-old Okudah signed a one-year deal with the Vikings in March. He has appeared in six regular-season games.

The Vikings filled his roster spot by signing cornerback Fabian Moreau from the practice squad. The Vikings also elevated running back Corey Kiner from the practice squad.

The 4-4 Vikings host the 3-5 Ravens on Sunday.

Last July, Vikings rookie Khyree Jackson was killed in an automobile crash in Maryland. Two of his former high-school teammates, Isaiah Hazel and Anthony Lytton Jr., also died in the wreck.

On Friday, the woman driving the car that caused the collision pleaded guilty to three counts of negligent homicide under the influence of alcohol, via Scott Gelman of WTOP.com.

Cori Clingman faces up to 15 years in prison — five years for each death caused. Prosecutors are recommending a 15-year sentence with all but three years suspended.

“Incidents like these are not just accidents,” Prince George’s County State’s Attorney Tara Jackson said. “They are preventable tragedies that occur from conscious choices.”

Clingman was driving in excess of 100 miles per hour. Her blood-alcohol concentration was between 0.12 and 0.18 percent at the time. The legal legal is 0.08 percent.

The car in which Khyree Jackson was a passenger was also speeding. Prosecutors said there is no evidence the cars were racing.

Clingman will be sentenced on February 4.

Khyree Jackson had been a fourth-round pick of the Vikings in the 2024 draft. He had played college football at Alabama and Oregon.
