Patriots running back Jonas Gray’s week keeps getting better.
As if rushing for 199 yards and four touchdowns wasn’t good enough, a scoring change has given him even more yards.
According to Lee Schechter of ESPNBoston.com, the league and Elias Sports Bureau made an official change to Gray’s rushing total for Sunday night, giving him 37 carries for 201 yards instead of 38 for 199.
The reason was a negative-2-yard rush in the fourth quarter being nullified because of a Colts penalty.
That makes him the third player in Patriots history to rush for more than 200 yards in a game, joining Tony Collins and Jim Nance.
It also allowed him to join Le’Veon Bell as the only 200-yard rushers in the league this season.
