The Texans list cornerback Derek Stingley as questionable with an oblique injury.

Stingley was injured in Sunday’s loss to the Jaguars, playing only 15 snaps. He did return to limited work on Friday after missing the first two practice sessions.

The 2024 Pro Bowler has eight tackles and three passes defensed this season.

Tremon Smith is expected to start if Stingley can’t go.

Center Jake Andrews (ankle), wide receiver Nico Collins (knee) and offensive lineman Tytus Howard (illness) had full participation on Friday and have no injury designation.

Titans quarterback Cam Ward popped up on the injury report Wednesday with limited work. He returned to full participation Thursday and remained that way on Friday.

Ward (ankle/calf) has no injury designation for Sunday.

Right guard Kevin Zeitler (biceps) is also good to go for the Texans game after full participation Friday.

Right tackle JC Latham (hip) and wide receiver Bryce Oliver (knee) are ruled out, and safety Kevin Winston (hamstring) is doubtful.

Linebacker Dorian Mausi (back) is questionable.

The Titans placed rookie running back Kalel Mullings on injured reserve Friday.

Mullings has an ankle injury that will keep him out for a minimum of four weeks. He initially injured his ankle in the preseason.

Tennessee used a sixth-round pick on Mullings in the 2025 draft, and he has played 11 special teams snaps in two games.

Titans running back Tyjae Spears is eligible to return next week.

The Titans signed offensive tackle Brandon Crenshaw-Dickson to the active roster from the practice squad and added linebacker Curtis Jacobs to the practice squad.

Crenshaw-Dickson hasn’t played in a regular-season game yet, but he was on the team’s roster at the start of the season and was one of the team’s inactives in Week 1.

The Titans opened up a spot on their 53-man roster earlier this week when they traded cornerback Jarvis Brownlee to the Jets and they filled it on Friday.

The team announced that they have signed offensive lineman Brandon Crenshaw-Dickson to their 53-man roster from their practice squad.

Crenshaw-Dickson was on the team’s roster for Week 1, but did not play in Tennessee’s loss to the Broncos. Crenshaw-Dickson signed with the team after going undrafted in April. He started at left and right tackle during stints at San Diego State and Florida.

The Titans have not had right tackle JC Latham available in the last two games and he has not practiced at all this week.

L’Jarius Sneed feigned not knowing who Nico Collins is on Wednesday.

A reporter asked the Titans cornerback how he felt going up against the Pro Bowl receiver for the first time in his career. Sneed responded, “Who?”

“Nico Collins,” the reporter said again.

Sneed smiled and repeated his rhetorical answer: “Who?”

Collins got a chuckle out of it, knowing full well Sneed knows who No. 12 in the Texans jersey is.

He knows who I am,” Collins said Thursday, via Cole Thompson of USA Today. “That’s crazy.”

The exchange brought back memories of soft-spoken Texans receiver Andre Johnson getting into it with cocky Titans cornerback Courtland Finnegan back in the day. Their rivalry came to a head in 2010 when they got into a helmet-tossing brawl that led to ejections and fines.

Collins, like Johnson, isn’t a talker.

“I’m a dog, you know what I’m saying,” Collins said. “I’m just me. I don’t say much. I just play. You can talk all you want. I’m not hearing it. Just line that bleep up.”
