Titans quarterback Cam Ward’s rookie season ended a little earlier than expected, but there doesn’t seem to be much worry about his right shoulder impacting his readiness for Year Two.

The Titans scheduled their first voluntary session on April 7, which will allow Saleh and new OC Brian Daboll to officially begin working with Ward, who is “on track,” though Saleh said he is “not going to put a timetable” on Ward’s participation levels, as he works through his rehab program. Ward spent the earlier portion of the offseason working on his base and footwork continues to be an area of emphasis. He was cleared to resume throwing in mid March and a recent report indicates that the team is unconcerned by Ward’s “different” throwing motion.
  • TEN Running Back #20
“Shoot, Pollard dropped over 100 on us (last season) so I think he’s pretty good ... Spears has tremendous versatility as a three-down back and they both play with a physical mindset. … I’m a believer in our backfield and I think it’s a group that can help our team,” Saleh continued before saying it was one of the better running back rooms in football. We’ve seen plenty of Jeremiyah Love hype for the Titans this offseason, and perhaps this is just a smoke screen, but Saleh appears to be throwing some cold water on the idea. If Pollard can get out of the draft without another high-end back addition, he’ll be a fine Zero-RB stab again in 2026.
  • FA Linebacker
Per NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, the teams include the Jets, Cardinals, Titans, Giants, Chiefs, and Cowboys. Rapoport also notes that NFL Network’s Daniel Jeremiah currently has the Jets drafting Reese via the No. 2 overall pick later in his most recent mock draft. Reese, 20, is a versatile, elite pass rusher who began his college career as a capable inside linebacker.
  • TEN Wide Receiver #10
It’s the latest part of a masterclass by the Titans on April 1, 2026, as they have signed four different players that we can barely find anything to say about. McCutcheon had announced his retirement earlier in the offseason, but instead will report to Tennessee for training camp. He hasn’t played in an NFL game since the 2022 season.
  • TEN Running Back #22
Carter, who turns 27 in May, somehow kept resurfacing in Arizona’s running back room last year. Just when you thought he was out of the rotation, someone new would get hurt. Reunited with Robert Saleh in Tennessee, Carter is likely just a depth add at this point, and certainly not guaranteed to have a roster spot.
  • TEN Wide Receiver #88
Osborn surfaced late in the 2025 season with the Falcons’ practice squad after being released by the Commanders at last cuts. The former Vikings fifth-rounder is entering his age-29 season and will likely battle for an end-of-roster spot in Titans camp.
  • TEN Quarterback #1
With Cam Ward, Mitchell Trubisky, and Will Levis already on the roster, perhaps this is a signal that we should expect a Levis trade soon. The other interpretation is that Hooker is just being added as a camp arm. The 28-year-old has yet to offer more than mop-up duty in an NFL game.
  • TEN Quarterback #1
“This echos what [offensive coordinator] Brian Daboll said about Ward,” ESPN’s Turon Davenport said. “Daboll acknowledged different QBs have different throwing motions and didn’t want to fool around with it.” It appears the Titans are fine with Ward’s unusual delivery and want to clean up the messy lower body work that led to errant throws in 2025. Ward last season ranked 33rd out of 37 qualifying quarterbacks in completion rate over expected, around Caleb Williams and Joe Flacco.
  • TEN General Manager
That would seem to make sense considering the franchise currently finds itself in the midst of a multi-year rebuild, with numerous needs up and down the roster. The team holds the No. 4 and No. 35 overall picks in this year’s draft, keeping their options plentiful as they look to alter the trajectory of a small market team. There have been whispers around the league that the Titans could be targeting RB Jeremiyah Love in the first round, something that seems a bit absurd on the surface considering the presence of both Tony Pollard and Tyjae Spears. On the other hand, an impact defender like EDGE Reuben Bain Jr makes a lot more sense on paper. Either way, Borgonzi appears to be keeping his hand close to the chest as we inch closer to the draft.
  • BUF Center #79
Cushenberry is not an elite player, but he respectably earned a 65.5 PFF pass-blocking grade during the 2025 regular season. The Bills also signed OL Austin Corbett, formerly of the Panthers. Corbett earned a 66.7 PFF run-blocking grade last year and has experience at right guard, left guard and center. The Bills signed WR Trent Sherfield, formerly of the Cardinals, as well. He is unlikely to be relevant in fantasy. All three players are on one-year contracts.
