ORLANDO, Fla. (Feb. 13, 2018) – World No. 1 Dustin Johnson will look to defend his 2017 title at the Genesis Open this week in Southern California, alongside Jordan Spieth, Rory McIlroy and Tiger Woods. Golf Channel will carry four hours of live first and second round coverage Thursday and Friday, along with lead-in coverage on Saturday-Sunday. Golf Channel also will carry live coverage of the LPGA Tour in primetime Wednesday-Saturday – from the ISPS Handa Women’s Australian Open – with So Yeon Ryu, Ariya Jutanugarn, Cristie Kerr and Lydia Ko in the field. Bernhard Langer leads the field at the Chubb Classic in Florida, along with Scott McCarron, Steve Stricker and Miguel Angel Jimenez. The European Tour will stage the inaugural Oman Open this week, featuring Race to Dubai leader Shubhankar Sharma.
