GOLF Channel Surrounds “Golf’s Longest Day” With 10 Hours of U.S. Open Final Qualifying Coverage Across Nine Sites on Monday, June 6
STAMFORD, Conn. – May 24, 2022 – NBC Sports will present more than 150 hours of live USGA championship coverage in 2022, beginning Thursday, June 2, with the U.S. Women’s Open Presented by ProMedica from Pine Needles Lodge and Golf Club in Southern Pines, N.C.
In total, NBC Sports will provide live coverage of nine USGA events this season across NBC, USA Network, GOLF Channel and Peacock, including the U.S. Open from The Country Club in Brookline, Mass., June 16-19.
NBC Sports will complement USGA championship play with pre- and post-event coverage, special features, original programming, and more, including:
- GOLF Channel’s critically-acclaimed GOLF Central Live From studio coverage at the U.S. Women’s Open and U.S. Open;
- Comprehensive live coverage of “Golf’s Longest Day” on June 6 on GOLF Channel, as players compete at nine U.S. Open Final Qualifying Sites across the country;
- The three-part docuseries From Many, One: INSIDE THE 2022 U.S. OPEN, debuting June 7 on GOLF Channel.
U.S. WOMEN’S OPEN PRESENTED BY PROMEDICA
NBC Sports will present more than 25 hours of live coverage of the 2022 U.S. Women’s Open across NBC, USA Network and Peacock. Thursday-Friday coverage will air 1-3 p.m. ET on Peacock followed by coverage on USA Network from 3-8 p.m. ET. Weekend coverage on NBC will also simulcast on Peacock.
