- Foxes shutout for 2nd time this season
- Vardy wins PK, Mahrez misses it
- Simon Francis sent off for Cherries
Suddenly, Leicester City can’t finish its chances, drawing Bournemouth at home despite playing with 10 men for more than 30 minutes.
The 0-0 draw allowed Arsenal to climb over Leicester for first place on the Premier League table, and gave the Foxes back-to-back 0-0 draws after not being shutout all season.
Bournemouth is 15th with 21 points.

Leicester City missed a big chance when Jamie Vardy cranked one off the bar.
N’Golo Kante continued to be a lively and integral part of the Foxes’ set-up, and was arguably the best player of the first 45 minutes.
Dan Gosling missed a gorgeous chance from about 10 yards for Bournemouth, and Junior Stanislas was again dynamic but couldn’t find the finish to make it 1-0.

Vardy then played his part, only to see the other end of Leicester’s dynamic duo botch the job. Simon Francis scythed down a clean on goal Vardy and saw red, but Riyad Mahrez’s stuttering run-up to the ball did nothing when Artur Boruc guessed correctly and parried the Algerian’s PK attempt.
Still, the Cherries would be down to 10 men for more than a half-hour. And yet, they’d hold the Foxes and nudge their way towards Premier League safety.
