United States U-23 roster includes Emerson Hyndman, multiple MLS youngsters


The United States have named their U-23 men’s roster for camp in Brazil a week from now, with MLS youth and players who recently made their U.S. national team debut appearing on the roster.

Emerson Hyndman, Cody Cropper, Rubio Rubin and Jordan Morris all broke the senior national squad roster on Sep. 3, and Colorado Rapids stars Dillon Serna and Marlon Hairston, as well as Vancouver Whitecaps rookie D-man Christian Dean, Chicago Fire midfielder Benji Joya and Sounders forward Sean Okoli, are a part of the group that will train down south prior to a match, in preparation for the 2016 Olympics, against Brazil at Estádio Nacional on Oct. 13.

Borussia Mönchengladbach forward Mario Rodriquez will also feature in the crew.
