Week 27 of the Premier League season is here, as the pressure is on at the top and bottom of the table. Here’s what you can look forward to this weekend...

West Ham United and Crystal Palace kick things off on Saturday (Watch live, 7:45 a.m. ET on NBCSN and online via Live Extra) in a London derby which sees Alan Pardew return to one of his former clubs. Will the Eagles upset the Hammers at Upton Park? After that we take a trip to Old Trafford as Manchester United host Sunderland (Watch live, 10 a.m. ET on NBCSN and online via Live Extra) as the Red Devils aim to stay in the top four with a win.

Two matches are coming your way on Sunday as a massive clash between Liverpool and Manchester City (Watch live, 7 a.m. ET on NBCSN and online via Live Extra) as the Reds are unbeaten in 10, while City aim to close the gap on Chelsea at the top of the table. Then Everton and Tim Howard head to Arsenal (Watch live, 9:05 a.m. ET on NBCSN and online via Live Extra) with the Toffees coming off a thumping Europa League win, while the Gunners were stunned at home by Monaco in the Champions League.
