Hudson-Smith wins Grand Slam Track 200m in Jamaica

British sprinter Matthew Hudson-Smith showed off his speed and won the 200m race at the Kingston Grand Slam, edging Jereem Richards (Trinidad and Tobago) and Deandre Watkin (Jamaica) to earn the top prize of $100,000.
