Stolz finishes behind Kongshaug, gets 1500m silver

20-year-old American Jordan Stolz finished just seven hundredths behind Norway’s Peder Kongshaug, taking silver in the 1500m at the ISU World Speed Skating Championships in Hamar, Norway.
