Lavner: 'Amazing about-face for PGA Tour'

Ryan Lavner says that both legacy and leverage seemingly carried the day in regards to the PGA Tour's merge with LIV Golf and the DP World Tour and thinks it's good for fans in the long term but maybe not the short term.
