Yoshinobu Yamamoto was charged for four runs — three earned — in five innings in a no-decision Monday against the Marlins.
Yamamoto surrendered five hits, struck out four and issued four free passes in a less-than-spectacular start, even before considering expectations. Three of the runs were allowed on a Liam Hicks homer, but even outside of that, there was more traffic than anticipated. He still sports a 2.87 ERA, and fantasy managers should expect the 27-year-old to be back to his old self against the Astros in Houston on Monday.
