A video from Sunday’s Jaguars loss to the Bengals went viral, but head coach Liam Coen said on Monday that there’s no problem between him and Trevor Lawrence.

The video showed Coen animatedly gesturing toward his body after Lawrence sailed a pass high to wide receiver Dyami Brown near the end zone in the fourth quarter. Lawrence waved off the coach from the field before moving on to the next play.

Neither player made a big deal of the exchange after the game and Coen said on Monday that “all is well when it comes to our relationship.”

“It gets made into a thing, obviously, in this rat poison world we live in,” Coen said. “It’s an emotional game, it’s a competitive game. We’re all competitive, we’re all emotional. I can control mine better. He was just telling me to move on; he wasn’t telling me to go screw. He was just saying, ‘Dude, move on.’”

Lawrence has completed 58.9 percent of his passes while throwing four touchdowns and three interceptions in his first two games playing for Coen. If the results continue along those lines in Week 3 against the Texans and beyond, Coen and Lawrence might find a lot more “rat poison” coming their way before the year is out.

Travis Hunter played more defensive snaps than Week 1, and he was involved in one of the biggest plays of the 31-27 loss to the Bengals.

The Jaguars wide receiver/cornerback knocked down a Jake Browning pass intended for Andrei Iosivas on fourth-and-5 with 1:54 left. Hunter, though, was penalized 25 yards for pass interference.

I can’t leave it up to the ref,” Hunter said, via John Oehser of the team website. “I just got to do my job and put myself in a better position.”

The Bengals got a first down at the Jacksonville 37, and eight plays later, Jake Browning scoring the winning touchdown on a quarterback push play with 18 seconds left.

While Hunter didn’t argue with what appeared a questionable call, his coach did. Sort of.

“They call a pass interference on fourth down,” Liam Coen said. “I’d like to them maybe go earn it, but it is what it is.”

Hunter, the No. 2 overall pick, played more defensive snaps this week. He saw 39 snaps on offense and 42 on defense after playing 42 snaps on offense and six on defense in a Week 1 victory over the Panthers.

“Jarrian [Jones] got nicked up a little bit, so it forced [Hunter to play] a little bit more naturally even though we wanted to get him a little bit more work as it was,” Coen said. “He just keeps competing. I didn’t get a great chance to watch him individually. I just know I don’t think he hurt us.”

The Bengals lost star quarterback Joe Burrow, and his backup, Jake Browning, threw three interceptions. The Bengals still won.

Browning scored on a 1-yard run with 18 seconds left to give the Bengals a come-from-behind 31-27 victory over the Jaguars. It was the only lead Cincinnati had all day.

The Bengals now are 2-0, and the Jaguars fell to 1-1.

The Jaguars had a chance to put away the Bengals with 3:46 remaining, while holding a 27-24 lead. On fourth-and-5 from the Cincinnati 7, Trevor Lawrence hit Brian Thomas in the hands at the 2. Thomas dropped the pass.

The Bengals then marched 92 yards in 15 plays, eating up 3:24 of the final 3:42. Mike Gesicki didn’t get in on second down after bobbling a pass from Browning, stopping a yard short of the goal line after a 2-yard gain.

Browning then ran it in on third down.

Burrow went 7-of-13 for 76 yards and a touchdown, a 4-yard pass to Ja’Marr Chase, before departing 8:36 remaining in the second quarter. Burrow injured his left toe on a sack by Arik Armstead and di not return.

Browning went 21-of-32 for 241 yards with two touchdowns and three interceptions. Chase caught 14 passes for 165 yards and a touchdown, and Tee Higgins had three receptions for 56 yards and a touchdown.

The Jaguars outgained the Bengals 423 to 350.

Lawrence was 25-of-43 for 294 yards with three touchdowns and two interceptions.

Shemar Stewart’s day is done.

The Bengals have ruled out the rookie defensive end with a right ankle injury.

The first-round pick was injured on Travis Etienne’s 5-yard run with 12:04 remaining in the fourth quarter.

He had two tackles before departing.

The Bengals lost quarterback Joe Burrow in the first half with a left toe injury.

Cincinnati trails the Jaguars 27-24 with 6:03 remaining in the game.

The Bengals have ruled out Joe Burrow for the rest of today.

It seemed obvious the quarterback wasn’t returning as he limped to the training room in the second quarter. According to a report, Burrow since has undergone imaging in the in-stadium MRI room and was using a one-legged scooter to keep weight off his left toe.

Burrow went 7-of-13 for 76 yards and a touchdown, a 4-yard pass to Ja’Marr Chase, before departing 8:36 remaining in the second quarter. Burrow was injured on a sack by Arik Armstead.

Jake Browning has replaced Burrow and has completed 11 of 15 passes for two touchdowns and two interceptions. His 42-yard touchdown throw to Tee Higgins has the Bengals tied with the Jaguars 24-24 headed into the fourth quarter.

Ja’Marr Chase has 11 catches for 131 yards and a touchdown.
